How do I create a FunPouch?
Open Create, choose a ready experience or template, add your details, review the preview and continue to sharing or purchase.
Can I preview before sharing?
Yes. Review names, messages, media and choices in Preview before you finish. Return to the editor if anything needs changing.
Which currency will I pay in?
Prices may adapt to your country and a PayPal-supported local currency. Checkout displays the final currency, taxes and payable total before payment.
Why is GST shown in India?
Applicable Indian purchases include 18% GST. The checkout breakdown should display it separately and apply it exactly once.
My experience is not opening
Confirm the complete link was copied, refresh once and try a current Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari browser. If it continues, send support the experience name and a screenshot.
Can I request a refund?
Eligibility depends on activation, delivery and the nature of the issue. Review the Refund & Cancellation Policy before requesting support.
