These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of FunPouch by SAPORIGO®. By using the website or purchasing an experience, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from this website.

Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information, keep account access secure and use the service only where legally permitted. A parent or legal guardian must supervise purchases or use by a minor where required.

Personalized content

You remain responsible for the text, images, media and other content you submit. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use that content and to share it with the intended recipient.

Do not submit unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, sexually exploitative, hateful, malicious or privacy-violating content. We may restrict or remove content or access where reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance or service protection.

Orders, pricing and taxes

Prices, available plans, currencies and taxes are shown before payment. Country-based pricing, exchange rates and payment-provider processing may affect the displayed total. Applicable Indian purchases may include 18% GST. The amount displayed at final checkout is the amount submitted for payment.

Digital delivery

FunPouch experiences are digital and may be personalized. Availability can depend on supported browsers, devices, network access and third-party services. You are responsible for checking the preview and recipient details before final delivery.

Intellectual property

The FunPouch service, software, templates, designs, branding and original materials are owned by SAPORIGO® or their respective licensors. Purchasing access does not transfer ownership of the platform or its reusable assets.

Service changes and availability

We may improve, modify, suspend or discontinue features when reasonably required. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, but we will use reasonable efforts to address verified service problems.

Limitation and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, FunPouch is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated. SAPORIGO® is not responsible for indirect losses, recipient misuse, unsupported devices, incorrect user-supplied details or failures outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
